I feel sorry for you. It's probably the driver's fault. However, this is just a fan page, and it's rarely read by the competent staff of the transport operator. I recommend sending your report to the official e-mail, including the same details (+ the direction) as you've already mentioned—they should respond. Also, stopping at the bus stop is a matter of law (§12(1) of Executive Decree no. 269/2024 Coll.).

I am standing in petrzalka at stop markova, it’s 9:18 the desgnated time for bus 68. the bus arrives 2 min late, and DOESNT STOP, it is just passing by, even though people are visibly waiting at the stop. You need to try I am italian let's see what happens. I don't care what language you speak, if you insult a girl on the bus you should work as garbage driver.

The bus driver is not obliged to provide information. He doesn't have time for that. Neither in Slovak nor in English. People who don't know how to look up information in google maps won't understand his answer anyway. Drivers have tried it and that's why they usually don't communicate with foreigners.
It's not an attack on any particular person, they're just working a lot of overtime hours and they're tired.

The fact that English is one of the official languages of the EU doesn't mean you can force someone to speak English to you. Otherwise I can demand that you speak Italian to me, right?
