Mám taký pocit, že VwV-StVO nie je predpis pre vodičov, tým je samotný text StVO. A tam sa o tom, že by pri použití šípkových semaforov nebol vodič povinný dávať prednosť pri odbočovaní, nič nepíše.

"In a three-colour system, the red, amber and green lights may be replaced by arrows of the same colour on a black background. Vyhláška 30/2020 tento rozpor odstránila, hoci si nechcem predstaviť toho samovraha, ktorý by pri návrhu svetelnej signalizácie využil možnosti dané dohovorom, obzvlášť nie v krajine, kde je úroveň vodičstva na samom dne, vodiči živia legendy prezentované za ustanovenia a značkári sú schopný vytvoriť jednosmernú slepú ulicu, značky určujúce prioritu (ktorých unikátny tvar má svoj význam) drbnú na štvorcovú neonovú tabuľku (teda vlastne všetko) a pre polovicu značiek nepoznajú význam.
