Hello! There is no chance to visit troleybus in Kosice until rekonstruction ends. There is a pressure from city hall to close troleybuses forever.
Tram lines will be more reduced, becaouse of reconstruction of Amfiteater and Splocensky pavilon. We don't know when reconstruction starts. You can ask before your journey.
We dont know if Kuzmanyho street will be opened. Station square, namestie osloboditelov and namestie maratonu mieru will be closed.
In the other hand, you can see T3PX. On line 6.

I'm student from Poland and I plan to visit Slovakia for a week in the beginning of July. I'm city transport fan, so I'd like to visit Slovak cities with electric transport. I will visit Bratislava (troll, tram), Kosice (troll, tram), Presov (troll), Banska Bystrica (troll) and Zilina (troll).
So I have a question - does anyone of you know, where all modernisations and temporary changes will be finished? I know, that today trolleybuses are closed (71 and 72 are run by buses) and a few trams are closed and replaced with buses.
When I arrive to Kosice (1.07.2015) I'd like to buy 3,20€ 24h ticket and go with all trolleybuses and tramways as possible. Is there a chance that trolleybuses will be opened then and also tramways which are closed today?
Thank you all in advance
