Steam locomotive Katka rides only on Saturday and Sunday, except rides 9:15 from Čermeľ and 10:00 from Alpinka, and rides only to 29.9.2013. Other trains are pulled by diesel locomotive „Danka“ or „Janka“.

- The Košice's Children railway (KDHŽ) is run by the association OZ Detská železnica Košice (operator), Železnice Slovenskej republiky (operator of tracks) and by power from Košice city also by Dopravný podnik mesta Košice, a. s. (chceck on tracks).
- Children up to 3 years have the free fare and other demand of the free fare does not exist. For travelling with the Children's railway (KDHŽ) are valid only tickets from the operator - OZ Detská železnica Košice.
