Tickets

Reduced fare is available for children aged 6 to 18, pupils and full-time students up to 26 years of age, seniors over 63 years of age, holders of ŤZP/ŤZP-S cards and their guide, and also for dogs without a transport box (with the exception of guide dogs).

Children up to 6 years of age, luggage, pushchair, wheelchair, pet in a carrier and guide dog of the holder of a disability card are transported free of charge.

The transfer is free of charge within 45 minutes from the purchase of the ticket.

• When transferring with a ticket purchased in cash, on the next connection the passenger will present the ticket already purchased, which will show the date and time of expiry of the ticket at the bottom.
• When changing with a ticket purchased with a transport card, the passenger shall again place the card on the reading device and the driver shall see the expiry date of the ticket already purchased on the display. The passenger will then be issued a new ticket free of charge.

Travel cards

The contactless travel card can be purchased at the ARRIVA Trnava shop at the bus station in Senica or via the internet.

When purchasing a transport card, it is necessary to fill in and sign an application form. In order to verify the data, you must bring a reliable document (ID card, passport) and in the case of a discounted card also a photograph and a document proving your entitlement to a discount.

Topping up the credit on the card can be done at the bus driver, at the Arriva Trnava shop at the bus station, or via the Internet.

Transport cards of the carrier Arriva Trnava are also accepted (electronic wallet, student card) by other carriers involved in the Slovak Transport Passport, as well as the carrier Arriva Trnava accepts cards of other carriers from this system.

Fines

If the passenger cannot present a valid ticket at the check-in, he must pay a penalty payment (fine) and the price of the basic unreduced ticket. The amount of the penalty payment for travelling without a valid ticket is as follows:

• 30 € if paid on board or within 5 calendar days (for children under 15 years of age within 10 calendar days) by transfer to the carrier's account,
• 40 € if paid between 6 and 15 calendar days by transfer to the carrier's account,
• 50 € if paid later.

Sales point

The sales point of the carrier Arriva Trnava is located at the Senica Bus Station on Továrenská Street 1372. Passengers can get a travel chip card, top up the credit on their chip card or get information about departures and arrivals of bus connections.
