Nie. Ten text mysli "give up" ako vzdat sa. Cize kludne tam mozes stat, ale ked dojde vozik, tak mas uhnut. Je to nestandardnejsie, ale uplne ok. Keby to bolo len "Keep", niekde by tam muselo byt aj napr. slovo "Free" akoze Keep this space free for a wheelchair, nie len Keep this space for a wheelchair....

Keby to malo byť preložené doslovne z angličtiny, tak by to bolo v duchu
"vy*er sa na toto miesto. Je pre vozíčkara". Aspoň teda podľa mňa by bolo vhodnejšie buď leave alebo keep.
