Chcel som sa spytat, ze ci je lepsie mat zakrytu alebo otvorenu trat? Vsimol som si, ze na zrekonstruovane trate velmi nezakryvaju, existuje na to nejaky dovod?

Aký podklad? Myslíš tie zádlažbové panely? Tie sa odstránili preto, lebo sa trať opravovala a dnes sa už nepojazďované a nepochádzané trate nezakrývajú.
