Pretože vozidlá T3 bez "D" neboli stavané na prevádzku s vlekmi a o takúto súpravu s biednymi dynamickými vlastnosťami v priamom rozpore s koncepciou PCC nebol záujem. T4 nie je len "úzka T3", to je vozidlo s úplne inou koncepciou skrine.

Vie niekto, prečo sa v SR a ČR používali prevažne súpravy 2xT3 a nie T3+B3? V mestách, kde sa súpravy bežne nerozpájajú by sa tým mohlo čo-to ušetriť.
