V podstate je to Prabombardier, keďže Tecnomasio sa stalo súčasťi Brown Boveri (ako TIBB), ten potom súčasťou koncernu ABB (ASEA Brown Boveri), ten zasa ADtranz a potom Bombardieru. Fabriku TIBB vo Vado Ligure Bombardier dodnes prevádzkuje, pravdepodobne spadne do odpredaja časti aktivít Alstomu.
